You need to level your side out if you look under your side out there are big screws to level it when it slides in or out
need to put rv. On level ground and screws are like large bolts you need to make sure upper is slides with the lower
sometimes if you are sitting on. Unlevel
areas it causes the top and bottom to get off one or two teeth there are Manuel bolts under the side out to reajust
it but it takes some time to reajust it .

I went to the Jayco web site. They have a page (well pages) for finding the right owner's manual.

Once on that web page, you will note that one needs to select the model year and then select the product category.

Since I do not know what year your Jayco Finch was manufactured, I could not begin to search for the right manual. You will have to do that.

Any more they could be in numerous places but look for a brown cover/door usually. Look low, such as under fridge, under bench seats, as well as on wall in bathroom, bedrooms etc.
