This question is hard to answer definitively because Winnebago make the body, but they build on an engine and chassis from one of the big makers. The information you require is based on the engine not the body maker.
But the other thing is that you are subscribing to the 'let's try replacing this' method of vehicle repair. It doesn't work and it is expensive. Your problems can be diagnosed in 30 minutes by a mobile auto electrician with a $5 grand scan tool computer.

The ignition wiring was provided by the chassis manufacturer, which for a Class A would be Chevrolet or Dodge. Best place to find a wiring diagram is your local library. for a vehicle this old, you will probably have to have an employee dig back into the archives. Get as much information as you can regarding class, size or weight of the chassis and start digging! The key is to look for information regarding the chassis manufacturer, and not Pace Arrow.
MICHAEL, ON THE 80 AND EARLY 90's FORD PICKUPS AND CHASSIS WITH DUAL FUEL TANKS, FORD OFTEN USED AN ELECTRIC "Y" VALVE NEAR THE FUEL TANKS AND USUALLY, IF MEMORY SERVES ME CORRECTLY, A SINGLE FUEL PUMP. YOUR CULPRIT IS MOST LIKELY THE ELECTRIC VALVE UNDER THE MOTOR HOME NEAR THE FUEL TANKS. WHEN IT'S SWITCHED FROM ONE TANK TO THE OTHER, THE ELECTRIC VALVE LOCATED NEAR THE TANKS IS NOT RECEIVING THE SIGNAL FROM THE SWITCH TO CLOSE ONE SIDE AND OPEN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE VALVE. FORD HAD A RECALL ON THE 1992 FORD TRUCKS FOR THIS REASON.
Should be a sticker under the hood or engine box. If no luck, try Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, etc. Ya might get lucky. Engines are pretty much the same as commercial vehicles. Third option: try your local library, If they have a Mitchell's Repair manual on the computer you should find something there.
