Most likely:
If it is a regular rhythm, look at your converter. The converter changes 120vac to 12vdc. Your interior light are 12v. A failing converter will cycle like that. Probably in the diode array and not servicable. I recommend one of the multi-stage converters. More $$$ but worth it. An alternator (on the engine) can do the same thing if the engine was running.

If irregular, it is varying loads on the power feed. Not much you can do about it except change where you hook up.

Interior wall panel battery lights does not lightup when 120 power is not pluged

The lights run off of 12V DC and use your RV's batteries to run when not plugged in. When plugged in it uses the AC and converts it to DC and runs the lights.

Please check your battery disconnect switch. It's most likely off. In my Winne there is a battery disconnect switch which disconnects the two batteries near the door. Lights wont work when unplugged and the switch is off. Lights works when plugged in or unplugged and switched on.

Coachman encounter 2014 interior lights

RV manufacturers do not publish wiring diagrams. You will need to determine if there are other lights on the same circuit. From there determine which light is the last light in the series prior to the failed fixture and trace back from there.

What is the problem, my Storm is plugged into the power supply and everything does not work until I start it up. When I turn it off, the lights and everything else works for a little while then sarts to...

Do you have power at the outlets? If you do but the lights keep going dim then your converter is going bad or has already failed. Your lights are 12v and the outlets are 100v. If you do not have power at the outlets then you need to check the transfer switch that toggles between generator power and shore power.

Microwave and fireplace does not turn on

There is often times a light switch located in the kitchen that when raised up will turn on the circuit for the microwave and when pushed down will activate the circuit for the fireplace. Both appliances are often wired on the same circuit and cannot be operated at the same time.
