You will not find a plumbing diagram since they are not published. Were you connected to the city water or were you using the fresh water tank? You will basically have to start at the input point and follow the water lines until you locate the leak. Identify what is leaking and replace. It is possible that a water fitting has either popped loose or cracked from freezing.

There is a dampener that opens and closes inside the duct system under the dash. If it gets stuck on the wrong position it will blow hot. They are usually vacuum controlled. Try to slide the thermostat to hot then back to cold and see if it will actuate. If not, you will need to locate the dampener and check the actuator for failure.

#1 is make sure the RV is FOUR WAY LEVEL before attempting. Check for obstructions at the glide points and also INSIDE the RV. A toy on the floor can stop the slide-in. Those apply whether slider is manual or electric. IF it's electric, first thing to check is the fuse for the slider circuit.

Have you tried to contact Forest River with a request for a manual? Sometimes on their websites they have a download area where you can get the owner's manuals.

Two things to consider: 1) is it electric 2) is it a manual awning... So, if you have electric, check the gear drive , which is plastic, has probably broken. You should be able to disassemble the motor unit case to major this determination. If it is a manual awning, three things are spring tensionerd. If you try to get it to retract idling a strap or hook, you should feel it wanting to pull in. If not, spring assembly has either come become un-sprung, pardon the reference, or the spring has broken and needs to be replaced.

Most likely, a Crossroads Zinger dealership won't have this information. Call Crossroads directly, (866) 425-4369. Keystone RV bought out Crossroads a few years ago, so you may not be able to find this info. Another good source of info would be the Crossroads Owner Forum http://www.crossroadsowners.com/forums/f15/

If you had both tank dump valves opened and the same time, raising the hose above the top of the tanks could allow liquids to mix. Gray water can smell as bad as the black tank, so you can't depend on odor. Best practice is to dump the black tank first, close the valve, then use the gray tank to flush the hose out.

The slide mechanism is made by an independent company. Find the manufacturer of the slide mechanism and they most likely have owners and service manuals posted online.

Could you add a few details, I've not heard of an IGC switch. Where did you hear about it? If your RV is equipped with a generator, you most likely have an 'Automatic Transfer Switch' (ATS) to switch between shore power and generator power so you don't send power from your generator into the power grid through your shore cord. There are also many newer RVs with controls for lights and other systems.
