I need a left rear motor and hex plate for a lil rider model 80-901. where can it be bought?

Finding specific replacement parts for toys like the Lil Rider model 80-901 can sometimes be challenging, especially if they are older models or from lesser-known manufacturers. Here are a few steps you can take: 1. **Manufacturer's Website:** Check if Lil Rider has an official website or customer support contact. They might offer replacement parts or guidance on where to find them. 2. **Online Marketplaces:** Websites like eBay, Amazon, or specialty toy parts websites sometimes carry replacement parts for various toy models. Search using specific keywords like "Lil Rider 80-901 left rear motor" or "hex plate replacement." 3. **Toy Repair Shops:** Local toy repair shops or hobbyist stores might have or be able to source such replacement parts. They often have connections or knowledge about where to find specific components. 4. **Contact Retailers:** Reach out to retailers that sell Lil Rider products. Even if they don't have the part in stock, they might be able to order it for you or provide information on where to find it. 5. **Forums and Online Communities:** Sometimes, enthusiasts or hobbyists who work with similar toys might offer advice or know where to find rare parts. Websites or forums dedicated to toy enthusiasts could be helpful. 6. **Consider Alternatives:** If the exact part isn't available, exploring alternative components that might serve a similar function could be an option. However, this might require some modification or adaptation. Remember, when searching for replacement parts, providing as much detail as possible about the part needed, including measurements, model numbers, or any identifiable markings, can increase the chances of finding the correct component.

Where is air/fuel screw on a suzuki vs 800 intruder

The air/fuel mixture screw on a Suzuki VS800 Intruder is typically located on the carburetor. To adjust the air/fuel mixture, you'll need to locate the carburetor and look for a small screw that can be turned. Keep in mind that the exact location of the screw may vary slightly depending on the model year and specific carburetor version on your VS800 Intruder. Generally, it is located on the bottom or side of the carburetor. Here are the general steps to locate and adjust the air/fuel mixture screw: 1. Locate the Carburetor: The carburetor is usually positioned on the side or underside of the engine. Follow the intake manifold or air filter housing to find the carburetor. 2. Identify the Air/Fuel Screw: Look for a small screw on the carburetor. This screw is typically flat-headed and may be recessed. It is often located near the bottom of the carburetor. 3.Adjustment: With the engine running at idle, use a screwdriver to turn the air/fuel mixture screw. Turning it clockwise (in) usually leans out the mixture, while turning it counterclockwise (out) enriches the mixture. 4. Listen to the Engine: As you make adjustments, listen to the engine's sound. The goal is to find the point where the engine runs smoothly and the idle is stable. 5. Fine-Tune: Make small adjustments and give the engine a moment to respond before making further changes. It's a process of trial and error to find the optimal setting. 6. Check the Owner's Manual: Refer to your motorcycle's owner's manual for specific guidance on the location and adjustment of the air/fuel mixture screw. The manual will provide information tailored to your bike's make and model. If you're uncomfortable making these adjustments yourself or if you're unsure about the location of the screw, it's advisable to consult a professional mechanic or refer to the specific service manual for your Suzuki VS800 Intruder.

2006 Triumph Daytona 955i motorcycle. Hiya Jimmy here, I have bought a MOSFET R/R to replace the one on my bike.

I would be careful with wiring on modern bikes. If you have ANY doubt pay a professional to do it for you. There are sensors on modern bikes that can be affected if the voltage is wrong. Causing possibly expensive issues. Go back and check you have the correct R/R for your bike. Wiring can be different between years and models especially with aftermarket parts.

What to torque the head on my 99 CBR 929 Honda in

For a 1999 Honda CBR929RR, the cylinder head bolt torque specifications are essential to ensure proper engine assembly and function. When tightening the cylinder head bolts, it's crucial to follow the manufacturer's recommended torque settings to prevent damage to the engine components. For the CBR929RR, the cylinder head bolt torque specifications are typically as follows: 1. **Initial Torque:** 29 Nm (2.9 kgf-m, 22 ft-lbs) 2. **Final Torque:** 64 Nm (6.4 kgf-m, 47 ft-lbs) It's essential to tighten the cylinder head bolts in the specified sequence and in multiple stages, gradually increasing the torque until reaching the final specified torque. The exact tightening sequence can usually be found in the service manual specific to your motorcycle model. When torquing the head bolts, ensure you're using a reliable torque wrench calibrated in the appropriate units (Nm or ft-lbs). Always follow the tightening sequence precisely to ensure even pressure distribution across the cylinder head gasket. Additionally, it's advisable to use new cylinder head bolts if the old ones have been previously tightened or stretched beyond their yield point. This helps maintain proper clamping force and ensures the integrity of the engine assembly. As always, referring to the service manual or consulting a professional mechanic experienced with motorcycle engine assembly can provide additional guidance and ensure the correct torque settings are applied during the cylinder head installation process.
