Yes, It will leak oil. How much will depend where the hole is. When the engine is running the oil is a pressurised system so it won't be supplying enough oil the the moving parts of the engine. This particular unit has a typical GY6-style engine with a fuel line designated from the gas tank to the carburetor distinguished by an in-line cylindrical fuel filter located near the center of the line. Best to locate the carburetor distinguished by the location of the air filter, there should be a hose going from that unit up into the gas tank. Ideally, remove the gas tank entirely and it should reveal the gasoline lines directly to the carburetor. The photo shows the fuel line/filter indicated in red, and the location of the carburetor within the blue indicator.
