My motorcycle fuse and electrical wiring is heating whenever i turn my head/parklight switch on....

I would start by replacing the light switch

have you started with the basics check the fuses the head lights and the parking lights are different fuses

Check the wires on either end of the fuse...one or both are lose...the poor connection is heating up and burning the fuse. You may have to replace the fuse box if the wires are burnt too bad. Sometimes you cannot get them tight again after heating up so mant times...

Of course make sure that you kill all the power before messing araound in there...

the head lamp switch is faulty and replaced and that should correct the problem

Initially, for the headlight, check the 15A fuse. Use a testlight to trace IGN +12 on the red/yellow wires going to the headlight switch and then on the green and yellow wires going to the headlights itself from the switch.

Incidentally, the same 15A fuse supplies the parklights.

Instal a relay, wire one side of the control coil to the +12v parklight parklight 'on' circuit.
Take the other relay coil control connection to the 'foglight on' control switch (switched to ground).
Supply relay contacts 'common' with a fused +12V from battery.

If it uses 3 wires:

• red - mains B+12
  
• blue - parklight
  
• brown - ignition + 12
  

then shorting the red to the brown wire should supply ignition + 12 to the bike's electricals.

According to the BMW manual circuit diagram F33 feeds power through the parklight 'on' switch to left front parklight and left tail lights (all grey/violet wire).

Suggest you remove all left side parklight bulbs, then check fuse does not blow.
If it blows without bulbs installed, check wiring/lamp sockets for short to earth.

Instal one bulb at a time, checking fuse status each time.

Perhaps spurious alarm problem is related to faulty alarm wiring- especially if the alarm is an aftermarket installation. Check quality of any spliced joints to the parklight circuit for possible shorts or water ingress.

Look on the right side fender well at the main wiring and you will see a few fuse links,Just look for the one that is swollen or burnt.

Most brake light problems could be traced to:

• defective bulbs (rarely both simultaneously);
• brake/stop light switch (often). Normally at the upper end of the brake pedal, spring loaded, normally off. Might be misaligned, wires disconnected. try shorting the two wires and see if the brake lights come one;
• loose connector in rear wiring harness or a problem in the brake wire (seldom);
• loose ground (depends on the age of the car and weather condition). The brake light is often coupled to the parklight. If the parklight is dim or none at all, then it is a missing ground. A temporary workaround is to install an addon ground wire from the body of the bulb socket to any of the screws to the car body.
