If you can see the pads check if they look thicker then a dime, if they get down to that thin then replace them
also look for pitting and wear on the rotor
when riding lightly engage the brakes , if it feels like it is pulsing then the rotor may be warped

How do you mean adjust the front brakes, these arhydraulic and dont have adjusters, when worn out replace them, dead easy.

Need to take off back tire need a new tire and not

Put the bike up on the main stand. Remove the rear brake caliper assy. Loosen the rear axle and pull it out. Now pull out on the wheel, pull it away from the rear gear housing, the wheel will disengage a gear inside and then it is ready to pull out the back.

The clutch uses the same type of fluid, DOT 4 brake fluid, as used in the brakes.

How do you remove rear wheel on suzuki intruder 800

unhook all the brake linkages and rods,axle nut,pull the axle out,and shift the entire wheel to the right and it should pull out,its really easy,although i know it sounds a little overwelming

HOW TO REMOVE REAR TIRE FROM SUZUKI INTRUDER VS800 97, IT HAS A SHAFT INSTEAD OF A CHAIN.

thr rear wheel is removed as normal except u will have to tilt the bike over on the opposite side to the driveshaft. dont forget the brake rod has to be removed as well.
