Adjust the carburetor screws in all the way...do not force them. back the screws out one and a quarter turns and the machine should try to start. adjust the screws one at a time... one quarter of a turn until the machine runs properly. Then adjust the idle.
It is pretty easy to fix if you are the least bit handy. Order what you need from Amazon or your local service center.
