You can call the manufacturer of the bike and ask them email you the schematic in order to get it as quickly as possible. There phone number should be in the bike manual's first few pages.
The biggest prob with Bissel is not pumping soap. Becuase if you don't run hot water through this tank the soap will dry and clog after cleaning and storing. Before taking it apart try running hot water through the solution tank and help break up the residue, best of luck. Steve
The engine and emission control system covered by this information
operate on a combination of vacuum and electrical signals; they are
extremely prone to malfunctions due to improper vacuum connections. If a
component does not receive vacuum at the correct time, it cannot
function when needed. When working under the hood, pay close attention
to the routing and placement of every hose.
Fig. 1: The vacuum hoses are usually numbered for easy
identification
The other two carburators will connect to each other, then the closest to the petcock attaches to the petcock vacuum. This is the smaller of the two lines off of the carburator. The larger one is where fuel runs into carb, the other operates the vacuum pumps in the carbs to pull fuel. I hope this helps, I repaired this myself, therefore I have no schematic to provide to you. I hope this is helpful
