Sounds like it is getting to much fuel you may need to have carbs rejetted or the gas is bad as gas now has ethenol in it and bikes dont like it so i add seafoam to my gas and it works wonders i do this about 1 time every 2 weeks to keep everything cleaned

Check if the charging system works ok.
At idle with lights off, you should see 13.5-14.5V on battery's terminals and 0.5V less with high beams on, at idle speed as well as at 4000rpm.
Use a fresh good verified battery to take the readings.

You have done a good job ... pat yourself on the back ... following that, go get some injector cleaner and add an appropriate amount to your tank and go for a ride. Do what ever you need to do to keep from pushing it home. I think this will solve your trouble.

May I recommend a fuel stabilizer for your fuel for future periods of time when you will not be riding? StaBil is a good brand but there are others as well.
