Replaced clutch spring on my 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad, the clutch lever is now really stiff and not engaging the clutch. I have taken it apart numerous times to make sure that everything is right. bled the clutch and nothing. still stiff! @

Two things... If you have a cable type clutch then the problem will surely be on the clutch cable. If it's worn out it tends not to engage. If you have a fluid type clutch, I suggest that you have the system bleed to flush out air and this can resolve the problem.
