The screw I think you are adjusting is the idle mixture screw, and will only make a differnce at idle
You set at the smoothest idle
.
If power in 1 and 2 is the problem, then there is something else, make sure the carb is clean, the exhaust is not blocked , the air filter is clean and relatively new, valve clearances? are ok, new spark plug , new oil, and then start looking at the jetting.
up to 1\4 throttle -pilot jet
around mid range -needle position
top end -main jet.
try riding with and without choke to get some idea, if it runs better with some choke then it is lean

Engine dies when i give it gas

These models are typically very lean and respond well to a little richer slowspeed jet. However if the bike has sat up for longer than 3 months try draining the carb and tank a refilling with fresh gas. If this dosent work a proper carb cleaning may be in order. Also ckeck for an air leak at the intake manifold by spraying this area with carb cleaner while the bike is idling steady. If the engine rpm changes you have located a leak. repair as necessary.

Ttr90 bogs down at high rpms

I have a ttr 90 that idles well but bogs down at full throttle. Carb is clean and has new pilot and main jets. Seems to run slightly better with intake off. Which leads me to believe the mixture is rich. No adjustment on carb. Stumped?

THE RPM DOSENT GO MORE THAN 2000 AND IT DOSENT RAN AS IT USE TO CHANGED FUIE PNMP AND PSARK PLUGS AND ITS THE SAME?

try running some Seafoam in the bike first..it wont run to well of course as you described... but try to get at least 20 miles on it and see if that doesn't fix it. if that didn't fix it, then one of the jets in the carb is loose or fell off.

When at idle or not under load, it tends to gallop, which I mean it revs up & down & not a steady RPM. When under load when blowing it runs smoother, but seems to lack some power it had before.

I can't tell which motor is on your Ariens mower from your description, however the surging condition at idle describes a dirty idle jet in the carb. That would also explain the lack of power. Make sure that you are using fresh fuel. Stale gasoline doesn't burn very well and will give the same symptoms. Some of the carbs on these mowers are cheaper to replace than they are to clean. Search your model up on www.partstree.com to find out. If you end up cleaning your carb, take good notes during removal. It is very important that each linkage is returned to its original hole. Remove the carb, soak it for 30 minutes in a good quality carb dip. Do not soak it overnight! Most carb are clearcoated to prevent porosity...soaking overnight will ruin your carb. Make sure to remove the bowl and jet and clean them very well. Use a small guage wire to clean the holes in the jet. Be careful not to stretch any of the jet holes with an oversized wire. Replace any damaged gaskets and reinstall.
Good luck!

My bike has low-endbog

Could be the jetting is off at your lower side. Tis could be from the pilot jet which controlls jetting from idle to 1/4 throttle. You also have an air screw you can slightly tweek, but this is more reponce when you throttle it off of an idle.
Don't forget that a stuck power valve may effect performance, but these are normally for higher rpm's

I have a 96 daytona and it sounds like i have a

Does the bike still have the stock pipe and air intake system? Have you made any other changes? The problem definately sounds like jetting, and if any of the above items have been changed, you absolutely need to rejet for them. Since the miss is at low RPMS (<4500) You may be able to adjust the air screws and help it, but think more realistilcally I would look at the primary jets size and go up one. You may also have one carb with a clogged primary jet. This can also cause what you describe. Best wishes!

Yamaha runing rich

With the mixture screws out 4 turns, I would bet your piloit jets are too big. Try the next size down and see how it runs at low rpm. You don't want the mixture screws turned out 4 turns on any bike, nor all the way in. 1-3 turns out, closer to 2 is better, is a good general rule for setting them on most carbed bikes. If you have the right jets in the carbs, a quarter to half a turn on the screws makes a noticable difference, if you can crank them around all over and not change the way it runs much, the jets are wrong.
