I have my whole wiring harness hooked up on my 2004 49cc roketa scooter,but it has no power to anything. Could you help please?

On most versions of Roketa 150cc engines, the choke is automatic and electrically driven.. It is integrated with the carburetor.

SOURCE: what can make a 50 cc roketa scooter not get any

If it just die on you changes are;
Faulty spark plug.
Blown fuse.
CDI box is shot, Knock offs are about 25 to 30 bucks

Roketa MC-68A-250 250cc Touring Scooter. Looking for a reason that it is not firing I have new coil pack new battery and new plugs. Can the on and off switch have anything to do with it.

If you have been playing with the wiring, you need a wiring diagram to put everything back in the right place. The problem with these cheap Chinese scooters is that there is no support.

It may be the CDI unit rather than the coil pack battery and plugs. You are falling in the trap of "let's try replacing this"? All parts can be tested. You only replace items after they have been proven to have failed.
