It is either under the seat or behind the panel situated behind where your feet would be in the riding position. (which is under the seat too but accessible from the lower panel). you will need a 12v battery charger if you dont have 1 take the battery to a mechanic leave it with him overnight & if he charges you for it, he's a rouge & dont go back to him again
