SOURCE: Mileage problem

Mileage problem can also occur may be because of driving style. for instance if some one drives vehicle by holding half clutch mileage may drop. not only that if chain is tight or tire pressure is low then also there will be a drop in mileage.
This time try to get the vehicle tuned by a skilled local mechanic. u can find them through may be from your friends reference.

SOURCE: bajaj boxer motorcycle 100cc gearbox

Oil changes are all you need to do for engine lubrication. 10w40 motor oil is what goes into the gearbox. NEVER use synthetic lubricants in the engine. Thay can mess up the clutch. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

bike clutch plates are normally running in special oil as they are wet clutches
for them to burn they will be running dry
read the workshop manual and if you don't have one go google and type in workshop manual for bajaj motor bike boxer model- look for a pdf version to down load
