Are the bolts loose? The rotor is a floating type, some slight movement is normal.

How do I adjust air flow on 2004 Suzuki intruder

More info is needed about which model intruder you have, 800,1400 etc... Also what do you mean by airflow adjustment. Typically the airflow is fixed and there are ways to adjust fuel flow only.

I need to know how to tell if my rear brakes need to be replaced on my 2001 suzuki 800 intruder

if you can see the pads check if they look thicker then a dime, if they get down to that thin then replace them
also look for pitting and wear on the rotor
when riding lightly engage the brakes , if it feels like it is pulsing then the rotor may be warped

Where is the mixture screw on a suzuki 125cc intruder vl 2008, as it appears to be running rich and no manual, plugs get black and wet.

the mixture screw is underside of carb,if its between cylinder and front side of carb its fuel/air,to lean turn screw clockwise,if its between backside of carb and air box/filter,its air/fuel,turn screw counter clockwise to lean,adjust with 1/8 turn at a time.

Here is a schematic, parts list, and prices for your 2004 VL 1500. Friction disks wear out and have to be replaced at regular intervals. Clutch slipping is almost always remedied by replacement of the friction disks.

My 2004 1100 Honda Sabre rear axle nut is speced at 65 ft lb if that helps.
