When you get to the clock, push and hold the button. The hour will flash - bump the button to go up. To get to the minute, push and hold again to get to the minutes, bump to go up. This is the method for the few Yamahas I have messed with although I've never messed with this particular model - but it's worth a try..

On the 2006 Stratoliner you can scroll with the select button (left handle grip) to the clock, hold both the select and the reset button (left and right handle grip) until the time (hours) start flashing, let go of both buttons and use the reset button to advance the hours, use the select button to move to the minutes function and again use reset button to advance the minutes to the desired time. When finished use the select button to exit the time function.
