Replace the spark plug to new one they rarely come good or be reliable once fouled shouldn't need to clean carb but if were mine I would clean it anyway

may have bad fuel.... has bike or fuel been sitting for a long time. drain tank and the carb bowls. try New Fresh fuel ... What do you mean by taking water??
sounds to me like the carb needs sorting, either the float height needs setting or the needle valve is leaking. to test if it is either of them try turning the fuel off and start it, if it runs a lot better then thats your prob. T
take the case off and be careful not to drop any gears out the back of the case. Then snap the spring loose and then pull the kick axle gear out. The key is putting it back in. Carefuly line up the clip and square on the back of the kick axle with the holes in the back of the transmision then be sure to push on the gear to see if it popps into place. then bring the spring clockwise to fit into the hole. Besure the spring is pushed all the way back. Now carfully put the case back on.
Sounds like it is running out of fuel adjust float in carb. Possible electrical connection problem with spark from coil check all wiring make sure pet **** has flow constantly of fuel.
check your compression I had a 94 yz that done that when i checked the compression it was really low so I put new rings on the piston and that's all it took to bring her back to life
2 stroke bike are very dependent on compression. and being a bike that is 12 years old my best educated guess is that the top end needs to be rebuilt. i usually have to have the top end done on my honda about every three years.
