SOURCE: Right turn signal blowing fuse
Fuses are a SAFETY device. Never replace fuses with larger amp ones. Take the bike to an authorized repair shop and get it done right. There could be a short or relay problem that can lead to more extensive problems down the road. Safety devices are put in place to protect you and the system. Like in a home: if you run 14-2w/grd to light fixture the max fuse to use is 15amp fuse. never put a 20 in because the wire can melt at higher amps. Same with your bike. the wire is not rated to handel more than is was designed and fused for.

Remove the cover that has the oil light, high beam, etc and check the fuses and clean the contacts then spray with wd40, then let the tank empty or syphon it and the light should come on.
SOURCE: Fuel leaking out the overflow tube...
The overflow tube coming out behind the swingarm? If that is where it is coming from sounds like your float in one of the carbs could be stuck.
SOURCE: When I fill up my fuel tank, the fuel gauge goes
i think that the problem you face is due to your fuel gauge more than the battery .
the fuel gauge at full tank can be running out of sensor due to faulty gauge mechanism . i would not worry too much as this is common even in cars .
My advise to you is not to over fill your tank and this will resolve your problem .

Considering how tricky the fuel sending unit is to remove for some people Im gonna reccomend you take it to the dealer simply because even seasoned techs break things in the tank
