Hello, I have a 90 C1 ZZR 1100, which works and looks well. And I will never sell it. But are ready to use some money on it. I want to change brakes and shocks into todays' standard. Do you know if there are manufactyers which have brake systems fitted for this bike, I know Ohlins have shocks, are there others? Regards Lars Liabo, Norwegian ZZR fan.

Mate.My brother has the same bike.They are the original hypabike.I love them.
Just go on the net.You can get anything from brake pads to full system turbo chargers for that bike.They are strong and bulletproof and love to be 'hotted up'.The original ones are starting to up in value.Hope this helps you

    Hi .Just hunt the net.Your bike is a legend bike .The is so many aftermarket bits to find.They use your bike motor in racing applications from speedway to bolting them in small race cars..You will find a wealth of information.Go for it

Kawsaki zzr 1100 misfireing under presure
sounds like a fouled plug or a timing adjustment take out the plugs and look for oil on the plug. if there is oil on the plug clean with degreaser and try it out. If you consistently get oil fouls check valve seals

1995 Kawasaki ZZR 1100 clutch fluid leaking
Follow the hydraulic clutch line to the slave cylinder on the left side of the motor. You should be able to see if it's leaking from there. If it is,remove the three bolts that hold the slave cylinder on. It should be dry behind there. If it's not,
find a slave cylinder rebuild kit from K&L.
