Black smoke indicates a excessively rich air-fuel mixture.
Oil consumption up to a quart per 1,000 miles is considered normal with some manufacturers.
Worn needle jets contribute to increased fuel consumption. Rich A/F mix also causes high consumption.
You can fix it. Start with a tune-up. Tune the carburetor and repair worn parts as necessary.

Actually, what you say I knew. But I do not have a manual on the Benelli. My question was particularly for a TNT1130! how does the choke works? Is this through the airwings under the airfilter?? And how how these operated? By that relais? And which sensor steers that relais.

first the bike blow gas. you may get 20miles. per gal. next your burning rich so thats the black ,I would get it dy-no. the sparks were a pain, take the tank off sucks,just keep going next air filter, pull out 3 long coils , have the right tools or if your not good turning a tool, dont do it!!!! go to some one that does it all dat steve.
