I am not sure how to start the scooter. The key will not turn past the ON position, to get to the IGNITION part. How do I start it?!

Is the steering lock engaged? If it is a little tough to unlock then wiggle the handlebars from left to right a bit and it should unlock...

My 150cc scooter starter motor running as soon as I connect the battery even while the ignition key is off.... I changed the relay but it didn't help.. what is the problem?

The starter solenoid is somehow grounding out.
Something is touching the positive and negative on the solenoid.
Usually you touch the negative and positive on the solenoid and it will start to turn over however it won't start.

99 Regal GS 3800 supercharged wont crank key in ignition all lights go off and car does nothing help!!!

Sounds like you may have possibly TWO problems here. The ignition key not turning past the run position or even to the run position is most likely a lock cylinder issue and may be fixed by replacing the ignition lock cylinder, As for the power being killed when turning the ignition to the start position, that sounds like a defective ignition switch. these items are two seperate parts. The reason for the turn signal issue may be related to the ignition switch fault.
Hope this helps.

How to open seat on sachs scooter

Tryi this it may help
  • 1

Make sure the vehicle is balanced on the centerstand. The centerstand is a metal bracket located in the middle on the bottom of the scooter. Engaging it means that the scooter is resting on the front tire and centerstand. The rear tire is raised slightly off the ground.

  • 2

Insert your ignition key into the main ignition switch. The switch is located on the inside front of the scooter just to the right of center and below the handlebars.

  • 3

Twist the key to the left, or counterclockwise, to the position on the switch marked Open. If the scooter is not in the locked position, turn the key to the first Open position. If the scooter is in the locked position, turn the key to the second Open position. In either case, turn the key counterclockwise one notch to the respective Open position. The Yamaha Vino Scooter Owner's Manual cautions you that you should not push down on the key while turning to the Open position.

Grasp the end of the seat nearest the front wheel and pull it upward to raise it on the hinges located at the rear. Now you can store or retrieve items from the storage compartment

My key is stuck in the ignition

Make sure the shifter is full in the park position. If not, you will not be able to turn the key past the position that locks the shifter into that position.

1992 ZXR 250 Ninja locked ignition & brakelight stuck on

Try jiggling the handle bars as you turn the key to relieve the pressure off the ignition lock. The kawasaki's have one position past the off "Lock" position that is called the "Acc" this will leave your brake light on. So the key switch goes "Acc", "Lock", "On". Make sure your key is in the Lock position and not the Accesory position

while in park, press shifter firmly even farther above park. Hold shifter and turn key.
The linkage may need adjusting. If this does not help the situation, then the pins inside the ignition are not getting pressed down because key is getting worn. You can try to tap around the ignition lightly with hammer to shake the pins loose.
