You will need the brand and model number to get a manual. Most GE appliance manuals are available here: http://www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/literature/ . Sometimes, you will get the manual without typing in the entire model number. LG manuals are here: http://www.lg.com/us/support/product/support-product.jsp . Whirlpool manuals are often found here: http://www.whirlpool.com/custserv/index.jsp . Most Kenmore appliance manuals (and any appliance sold at Sears) will probably have a manual available at Manage My Life: http://www.managemylife.com/mmh/owner_manuals?intcmpMMHxG_HomexServices_Menu .
With mergers, most brands of appliances are actually going have their manuals at one of the above sites. Please let me know if you have a specific oven for which you need the manual.

The manual for the EB294131/10 electric double wall oven has the title EB294/295. Please double-check your oven for the full model number.
