I recommend cleaning your carb most likely in the needle seat there is some dirt and is not letting the needle seat also if u perform this procedure yourself to use carb dip. using just carb spray does not work remove all adjustment screws and washers and dip the carb this will remove oxidation and road film from the carb also when dirt or oxidation build up occures this will cause the carb to deliver heavy amounts of fuel to the cylinders and at low rpm it basically drowns it which fouls the plug now remove the float and needle very important to remove the seat screw and clean when carb goes back together turn the air screw all way in back out one and a half turns install idle control screw all way in back out two and a half to three turns try starting the engine u might have to make a small adj to either one and listen for the engine to change rpm if it starts slowing or trying to dogg turn back opposite way till u hear a smooth idle starting that should help with the fouling problem

Is it ok if i will not use my oil pump?mix oil directly at the gas tank

Not sure what your question is from how it's written?
But what I interpret is you mix your fuel in the gas tank of your bike - to this the answer is simple
NEVER DO THIS always premix in container then add.
If your asking what ratio to mix then it depends what riding you will be doing, race or recreational very hard and fast or just slow riding but most would run 40:1 to 50:1 ratio in a YZ125cc

Dirt bike starts up fine and sounds good. But under full throdle it spits and splatters. never really hitting the "sweet spot"

change fuel mix either up or down on ration to find the best mix then play with fuel mix setting on carbi to fine tune you will be roosting flat out in no time
PS stick a new spark plug in each test with fuel mix just to eliminate fouled plug from the equasion

Plugs-keep-fouling-tried-3-different-plugs-what-can-i-do-to-solve-this-problem

What is causing the fouling? Engine oil? On a two cycle dirt bike, the fouling can be caused by excessive oil in fuel mix. I believe 50 to 1 is the correct ratio yet you may want to cut back, a little at a time, on the oil or run hotter fuel. The exhaust system will also accumulate enough oil sludge to impede the exhaust flow causing poor performance and plug fouling. A two cycle must breath freely to keep itself internally clean. Air cleaner to exhaust. Proper fuel mix should have little , very little. Good Luckand hopefully this helps you.

Spark plug keeps oil fouling. What band of oil shoul use? Is 40:1 gas mix good? also wat spark plug? BR9ES, BR8EG, or R7376-9?

32 to 1 is the standard mix. That is 4 ounces two stroke ENGINE oil per gallon. The brand doesn't really matter. Don't use MOTOR oil in the gas. The stock plug is NGK brand, R6918B-9. I would suggest a hotter plug, R7376-8. The last digit is the heat range. The lower the number, the hotter the plug.

1997 yamah yz 125 lots of white smoke comeing out of pipe

How much was it smoking previously? Too much smoke (oil) is a whole lot better than not enough smoke (oil). If you are mixing the oil and gas then cut back on the mixture. Obviously it is out of balance. Put 1/2 gallon of raw gas in the tank to cut the mix. After a tank or so you should get the balance back.

You need a new shift shaft and probably need a new shift lever due to the bad splines. You can try the JB Weld but I suggest that you go ahead and drill the lever an shaft then put in a cold roll split pin from the hardware store. You have nothing to loose since the shaft and the lever are already toast.

Please rate this solution. Thanks!
