I have a 2004 CBR600RR, just had the rectifyer replaced, garage has fitted an SP1/2 rectifyer as they say its more reliable. At speed the bike runs fine but if you let it idle for a few minutes and then pull away it misfires until you get oer 3000 rpm, it then runs fine. It has had a new battery (just before rectifyer replaced). The misfire only occurs after idling for a few minutes, if you come to stop and pull straight off its normally ok. Before the rectifyer was replaced the misfire was bad and the engine kept cutting out, now it idles but does seem to hunt slightly at 1200 rpm but has stopped cutting out.Is it possible I still have an electrical issue or because of the misfire do yo recommend fitting new plugs, the bike has only done 2100 miles from new (registered 2004)

Honda CBR600RR. While riding my bike the end of the clutch slave lever broke. It was still running, I shut it off, and replaced it, but now it cranks and will not start.

The engine only needs three things to run.

Fuel
A spark at the right time
Compression

Start with the basics. Check you have fuel flow. It is fuel injected, so check the fuel pump is working.

Remove the plugs and see if they are wet and see if they spark.

In the circumstances, you can probably assume it has compression, because it was running.

And here is one thing to throw you a curve ball!

If your headlight fuse is either absent or blown, your bike won't start.

Dose 2007 honda cbr600rr wheels fit 2003 honda cbr600rr

Most likely yes. To be sure check the tire widths, and check how far apart the break discs are. You might also run into issues with wheel spacers, or bearings matching, but given how close these are in years, I would bet they'd bolt up.

DAFIER RIDER 50QT-6 OR YLYING YY50QT-6 Been in the garage numerous times. New parts fitted but same problem. Rides well for a few miles than stops. Will run again after cooled down, but stopped 9 times in...

What new parts were fitted? Were there the same issues before the parts were fitted? There may be a compression isssue due to a poorly fitted part. This will become evident as the bike becomes warm and parts start to expand with heat.
