Just make sure it's tight, and was blue loc tight on it as well it help protect it from the atmosphere. the put torqu spec more for gasket-ed surfaces, holes with tapered openings and people that use cheater bars on 8 mm bolts. I use a 3/8 impact to just run it tight, a stong hand one a 1/2 racket will be fine. A old mech i worked with a very smart wise man told me this once " they make a wrench the size they do is so you wont use a cheater bar to over tighten it, save your torque wrench for when you need it" those words have stuck in my head since i was 10 yrs olds and i have watched guys snap bolts because they dont use the right tool.
I hope this helps if there is anything else i can help please feel free to contact me.

What is the size socket required for a 2012 Ford Fusion Axle nut? Also, what is the Torque spec to secure it back on? Working with Front-Right wheel.

The one that fits!

That's not the way it works. you buy a socket set. It has one set of AF Sockets and one set of Metric sockets. The one you use is the one that fits.

What is the valve adjustment spec?

The C90T has Hydrulic valve adjusters and should not need the valves adjusted on it. There is no listed spec only to replace the lifters or adjusters.

After removing the rear axle, spacer, and brake, the rear wheel should disengage from the splines of the final drive by simply pulling it away.

SUZUKI C90T SPEEDO NOT WORKING

Have you had the front wheel off lately?
The speedo sensor may have been broken when the front tire was put back on (a common thing, and easily broken).
The wiring harness under the speedo may have vibrated loose also.

Rattling noise

I know this may sound lame but I had a similar rattle and it was the catch on the fuel lid.
I put a little rubber on the tounge of the lock and now it is quiet.
