Condensation from inside the gas tank has probably made it's way into the carburetor. There is probably a drain screw on the carb float bowl. Drain the bowl, let it refill with gas, then see if the problem has gone away. Also, it may be time for a new spark plug. If none of that works, remove the carb then remove th float bowl from the carb and clean the carb with spray carb cleaner. Spray into every little hole in the carb. Below is a generic diagram. Please rate my answer. Thanks!
Has the scoot been setting for more than a couple weeks? If so, you have probably gotten gummed up gas in the carb/Fuel injection.
My tried and true fix for this is Sea Foam, Lucas, or other good carb/injector cleaner, with SeaFoam being my choice. It is a petroleum base, so you can't put too much in. You can add it to your existing fuel. If the bike has been setting up quite awhile, dump a half to full can in the fuel tank, start the bike and run at high idle. after a few minutes, try to accelerate. You may have to run at high idle for awhile to get the SeaFoam into carb good. After ten to fifteen minutes, it should be good enough to let set for several hours. Start bike and try to idle and accelerate.
If after several hours of running and letting it set, if it hasn't done any better, you may have to readjust the idle and air fuel mixture. If that doesn't do it, your carb may need to be torned down and manually cleaned.
Good luck

Hi!!
Firstly clean the air filter.
and then the carb too needs cleaning.
You can use a good fuel addative to clean the carbs.
There is a YESI a tube that runs upwards from after the carbarator ... if there is any kind of leak in this you will need to change it immediately..
An advice...Pls dont ty to fix any leak on this using any type of solution, it ALWAYS backfires....

run a can of Seaforam in the tank..purchase from Autozone put in 1/3 to two gallons gas drive it around for at least 10 miles to insure it cleans out the whole carb system.if that doesnt work, check all carb hose fittings when bike is at idle spray some Chemtool B-12 ( also at Autozone) around the carb hoses and manifolds..if idle increses thats your problem. Caution: chemtool is very toxic wear gloves and a mask.

Just check on your air ducts. When the bike is staionery it will idle rev and even run well on the dyno, but on the open road the airducts must be in and instadled or mounted correctly
