Usually the oil drain is one the left side of the bike somewhere below the battery. Look for a hose that has a plug in it or one that connects to the frame. Harley had moved this drain so many times in the past that it's difficult to keep up with where the oil drain is located. The transmission and primary share the same oil. To drain it, find the drain plug on the bottom of the primary just below the clutch. Pour the new oil in the primary chain inspection hole of the primary.
The engine oil is carried in a pan underneath the transmission. The plug to drain the oil is also underneath the transmission. It's usually the plug that is the on the left front corner of the pan.

on the oil tank there should be a drain hose that goes down and hitches to the frame on the bottom of the frame there should be a drain bolt. That is your engine oil drain plug and should be on the right side
The oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission. There are two drain plugs, one for the engine oil and one for transmission lube. The engine oil drain is the one closest to the left front of the oil tank. The drain that is more in the center is the transmission drain.
That is the transmission drain plug. It is just like the drain plug used to drain the oil from the oil tank. In fact, it uses the same size o-ring as the engine oil plug.
To fill the transmission, remove the chrome plug with a 5/16" hex head on it. Yours should take 22 oz. of 75w-90 gear oil to top off. Just make sure it is completely drained before refilling.
