How do i change the belt on my 2009 keeway outlook scooter?

The Keeway outlook 150 model 2012 owners manual recommends a pressure for both tires of 280 kPa (Kilo-Pascals) which means 40.61 pounds per square inch. However, I have a service manual that recommends 225 kPa which means 32.63 Pounds per square inch. I personally like high pressure (280 kPa) in my tires because the scooter feels more docile. That old gas had sediment in it and you need to remove the tank, fuel pump and filters and change them.

The carburetor needs to be removed and cleaned, water must be in it or some rust from the old can must have got into some of the injectors.

You should change the oil on the keeway outlook 150 every 2000 Kmts and the old oil should be drained completely and add one liter.

You have to remove all the front panel along with the headlights that come together, I haven't found another way to do it.
Iwish I had a beter solution but that's all I can suggest

You have to remove the lid that covers the battery on the floor of the scooter. There are only two screws to be removed and the battery is exposed.
