Hi,,,where the nut bolts on to the flywheel,,the flywheel has inner threads,,,you need to purchase a yamaha flywheel puller tool,,,this screws into the flywheel thread and has a bolt in the middle, which you do up and the flywheel pops off,,,these flywheel pullers are cheaply available on e-bay.

good luck

1990 chevy silverado wont disingage new clutch and pressureplate...master cylinder and slave cylinders are new and have been bleed extensively...cant figure out why it wont fully disingage

this is really a simple problem to fix. Pull the gear box and turn the clutch pale around because the plate hub centre is hitting on the flywheel stud heads . The clutch plate only go in one way.

Try the 1990 YZ 80 factory replacement part. That's the only one that will do the job right.

Replacing oneway/starter clutch 05 1100 custom

The starter clutch is on the back side of
the flywheel rotor. It has some little springs
and rollers and only turns one way.
When the parts get worn it starts to slip.

Be careful as you can get the rear
camshaft and valves out of time in there too.
When the "T" mark is aligned the
cam sprocket mark should
point straight up to the top center of the head.
If not, the valve timing is out and you
need to either move the gears or chain
to align it all.
