I started the bike and was at full throttle when running but throttle was not sticking maybe floats stuck,so i took carb off cleaned it and put it back on know bike won't start at all ,i have spark going to spark plug i checked ,the carb is getting gas ,i open the bottom bolt where floats are and gas was coming out.Don't were to go from here.

Sounds like the float in the carburetor is stuck . Try taping on the carburetor with a handle of a screwdriver or something . Sometimes it in sticks the float . If it continues I suggest removing the carb taking off the float bowl and cleaning out the carb . Maybe you tube it it can be very easy but also delicate and fragile don't force pry or bend any parts.
The reason it he fuel stops coming out of the over full tube while it is running is bc it is using the fuel fast enough to stop the float bowl from over filling. If this bike sat for a while with fuel in it the fuel turns to a varnish and clogs up fuel passages causing sluggish purformace bogging when twisting the throttle and floats to stick and carbs to over flow . You might just have to go through the carb.

make sure your float isn't sticking, whats happening is its flooding itself while it sits,, and by you removing the cover and filter its allowing a massive flow of air to blow out the flooding and get the fuel air mix a little better,, see if it will start while holding the throttle wide open,, if so, your float is sticking

Your spark plug gap is too close for me. I'd go for 1mm at least, maybe 1.5. (~ .040 - .060 )
It would be a quick check/fix.
After that it's carb stuff. Set them up initially 1 1/2 turns out and adjust from there. Make sure your float level is correct.
Wet/black is too rich for sure.

The float is stuck open in the leaking carb. Remove the float bowl and clean the carb after removing the pin holding the float in place. While the float is out, shake it to see if gas has gotten inside it. If so, you will need a new float or will need to drain the float then re-solder it to seal it up again. To drain the float chances are you will need to drill a vent hole in it to allow the gas to drain. Just solder the vent closed when done.

When cleaning a multi carb bike, it is best to take them all off. Clean and reset float levels on both. Then reinstall, set both idle mixture screws about 1 turn out. Then adjust, and you'll probably have to syncronise them also.

Its flooding( the carb)..probabely there is some kind of dirt at the float pin and thus not closing to stop the flow of gas to the flaot chamber once its full.
Clean and reset the float level.

keep eye on filter you may still have some rust in system

If fuel is running out of the vent hose, you have a problem with the float sticking. Start with that.

If there is any gas flowing out of a Mountain Bike you have serious problems.

In reality you have a Motorcycle, not a Mountain Bike.

It's almost surely a stuck float valve. Try banging on the float bowl with a rubber mallet, but not too hard. You should really take off the bowls and clean them out, then replace the float valve pins and check the floats for any holes or for sticking action. Sometimes the floats will stick open due to rust gunk or old gas gummed up in there. I use Sea Foam fuel additive to help keep the carb clean. You could try running a half bottle of that through a bit, but I'd start by getting that bugger unstuck first.
