Hi i have a 1990 honda nsr 125 with the twin round headlight i beleve it is de restricted as it accelerate up to 11000 rpm 80 mph but once you get in to top gear 6 it slows down and i have trouble getting the bkie to get any more speed out of it drops down to about 60 mph if you drop it down a couple of gears you can the get it back up to 80 but then you loose speed again when you put it into 6 gear
