A service manual is a valuable tool with an aging bike. I suggest the dealer/mfr. or Clymer books. In the meantime, go to the library reference section...646 stacks should have what you need.

Vstar 650 2005 tire pressure

The pressure on the sidewall is the max for that tire. Not the "correct" for model and weight of bike - and that value is usually significantly lower.

Tire pressure vstar yamaha 2003

that all depends on what brand of tire you have on the bike,, check the sidewall of the bike for proper tire inflation , if you can't locate it,, send me the tire size and brand of tire, and I'll try and locate that info for you , just reply to this answer

I have a 2002 VStar classic 650 problem with high speed vibration

I would guess that the tires need balancing. There is a product you can buy that is a bunch of little BB's you put in the tire that will balance it. I have not used it so I would recommend taking your bike to a tire shop and have them balace it for you.
