This venturi (throat) size and the jet size are different...the smaller carb will give more bottom end.... the larger carb will make it run better mid range and top end...
BOTH must be jetted correctly...by someone that knows how!!
2 stroke oil goes in the tank under the seat, engine oil goes in the right hand side of the engine should be a black nob you can unscrew with your hand.
If the rattle is coming from the barrel / head area then it may well be a worn piston, worn or damaged bore / rings. The best way to investigate is to remove the exhaust, get under the bike & shine a torch up into the barrel Both barrel & piston can be inspected by removing the spark plug & slowly actuating the kick-starter

Yes, but be careful not to over do it as you need to have a matching oversise piston ring. Most you can re-bore is 2 times with 0.05mm oversize total. Good luck.
