Pain in the rear end. but it can be done. Remove the head. and pound it out. Use a helicoil the re thread the hole. If you have to do this, redo the heads, if it has above 170,000 miles , replace the engine. Not worth the head job. But if it were mine. I'd replace it if it had anything above 130,000 miles.
Hard brake pedal when applied with the engine running. A quick test for the vacuum assist booster is to shut off engine, pump brake pedal 3 or 4 times and hold on the last pump, start engine and see if pedal drops a bit....if you detect a problem with booster you should check for adequate engine vacuum supply to booster when idling . You can sometime hear a hissing or air leaking when applying brake pedal with engine running if booster is defective
this may be from incorrect fitment of the plug where the socket spanner is applying pressure on the ceramic piece causing it to crack . Next thing to consider the quality of the plugs you are using. I suspect that it is the way you are fitting them as no. six will be hard to get to and it would be easy to put pressure on the plug and not the base when tensioning it up

Here is the firing order diagram for that engine, let me know if you require any further assistance, and I an curious as to how you got taken for $2,000.
Check the ASD relay in the fuse box. Swap it with the starting relay. If the engine fails to roll over. Thats your problem. If not, check and see if your fuel injector connectors have voltage to them if not its a bad PCM. Hope this helps.
Your rotors are warped. You also probably need to brake pads. Take your rotors off and inspect them for cuts and grooves. If the surface is not flat you'll need new ones. If not take them to a machine shop and have them turned. Turning your rotors will cut them down until the surface is perfectly flat and not warped. The shaking is cause when the rotors are warped and you press the brakes and the rotor applies more pressure where it's high and less where it's low, thus causes it to shake
