Threading diagram needed for the looping needles

There are quite a few pictures of threading diagrams on the internet. Just perform a search for the make + model + the word "threading."

Be sure to follow the threading order specified in your owner's manual. If the order is not followed accurately, the machine will most likely not work properly. Also, be sure to RAISE the presser foot BEFORE threading. While threading each thread, grasp the thread with one hand between the thread tree and the tension disk and grasp the thread below the tension disk with the other hand and gently tug the thread to make sure it has seated in the tension disk. With most sergers, the lower looper thread MUST drape over the top of the upper looper in its final threading process Before being pulled under the presser foot.

If any either looper thread breaks or comes unthreaded, it is the best advice to unthread all the looper threads and re-thread from the BEGINNING. Just bite the bullet and do it. It will save a lot of frustration.

My Juki MO-655 serger will sew a few inches then the needle thread becomes disengaged in the stitch process. The machine will sew a few inches more then stops making stitches. I have cleaned the thre

Make sure you are threading the machine correctly. Make sure you are using serger thread that isn't old. Make sure you are undoing all the threads when it breaks and thread it from the beginning.

Make sure you have the right needles in their respective places. My Juki MO has two different size needles.

My yuki serger run too slowly.i want to set up it speed faster because i am a worker in a sewing shop

Domestic sergers usually sew 1500 stitches per minute, you can't increase this. You can make the stitch longer which will move a bit more fabric through with each stitch but obviously you need the stitch to hold the fabric too.

If you find this is not fast enough for the volume of work you need to do, then shop around for an industrial machine. Usually built into a table, and designed to feed very fast. Try the Juki website, they do a big range of industrial machines such as these http://www.juki.co.jp/industrial_e/products_e/apparel_e/cat6/
