Have you tried asking Batricar or a Batricar retailer as they should be able to source those sorts of parts. A general Scooter repair shop could also supply them but they may not be actual from Batricar or they may be second hand parts which are often cheaper.
try ebay, or better stil try 'Brighter future workshop' which is a charity in manchester (I think its in Manchester). they supply second hand stuf with excellent knowledge and service plus friendly. hope that helps
not sure about the handbook.
but the tyres should be around 30psi i use to blow my tyres up with a foot pump but when you have bad legs you have to use your hands and thats no fun so i bought a electric one 5 seconds and done hope this helps.
