Yamah r1 code 19

This is an extreme long shot, but do you have to "reset" the fault code?
It may stay "locked up" after a fault, even though you have replaced the faulty component.
Does the manual say anything along these lines?
Or its just the CDI unit that's not working

No volume from surround sound system on dtvcbl cable, dvd or cd modes with yamah rx-v861 powered on.?

Have you looked at the manual? How did it fare using the set up test tones? Did you assign the digital inputs?

The unnamed sources probably have manuals, too.

Clutch

you need a micrometere or vernier caliper to measure how thick they are that how you tell how worn the clutch is. the manual will list the specificational limit (how thin you should allow them to get and how do the basket and innser hub looks like). if they have small teeth on them they are worn.,
