Your bike has motor oil stored in the frame instead of a " tank". there is a frame drain located at the lower portion of the front downtube of the frame and the engine. If you are changing the oil you should drain both the engine and the frame and then re-fill. since you bike has two pumps, one to feed the motor and one to push the oil back to the frame, you need to add some oil and then run the bike for 30 seconds or so. After you have run the bike for 30 seconds check the oil in the frame and add as needed.

thanks and I hope that this helps.

1991 Suzuki DR 350 S oil flow diagram

I Think the DR gets oil to the rockers using an external line. Look for 3/16 line with banjo style fitting on the head or rocker box. the bolt for banjo fitting is hollow. Do not accidently install a standard bolt at banjo fitting . And do not over tighten Hollow bolts in banjo fittings.

Service engine light keeps coming on after my fuel gets to half tank?

Fill it and drive it for half a tank with the gas cap off. If the light does not come on, then go get yourself a new SUZUKI gas cap. Obviously you are going to exercise some care in not slamming around corners, hole shot acceleration, hard braking, and smoking and tossing the ashes into the gas inlet pipe for this experiment. There is an unleaded one way flap and the door to give you some slack.

I just bought a dr350 used and the kick stand is broken I noticed that it has a sensor what does it do?

it is a switch that wont let you ride away with the side stand down. The bike will probably start in neutral, but when you put it in gear, or go to let out the clutch, the switch will turn off the engine, unless the stand it up pushing the switch closed

Easy way to start a cold dr350 dualsport or trick's , started a week ago now wont start get's gas from tank to carb but wont start?

I would check the spark plugs. Take a spare spark plug that is known to be good and unplug the wire from the plug that is in the head and put the spare plug in and put it against the head to make a ground and try starting it to see if you have any spark. If you are not then test at the coil with a voltage meter set on 12 volt and try again to see if you have voltage to the coil. If there is no voltage to the coil then you will need to test the stater.

I ride for about an hour then it dies. it acts like a fuel problem. it will start back up but will die when i give it gas. if i wait about ten minutes, it starts up and rides finee

possibly **** in your tank which has blocked your jets in the carb, clean out tank and fit an in-line fuel filter and clean carbs, imports often did this due to rust inside tank, if its bad take off tank and put in an old bike chain with some oil and shake the **** out of it, flush it out and drop an old speaker magnet inside tank to colect any rust in the future then fill it back up with fuel
