After the engine is started, the kick pedal must be returned to its original position.

The exhaust contains poisonous carbon monoxide which is harmful to human body. I would seriously recommend that you reconsider doing this job yourself. It is always best to have someone else in person do it (That has done it) before you attempt to do it yourself.

    This is why,

Your going to have to remove, replace, and use new seals in several areas. The areas which will require removal, replacement and or adjustment include

    1. The shock assembly

    2. The break assembly

    3. Suspension assembly

    4. Breaks

Each of the above sections require intervention by you in the event that you want to continue servicing the 200 rear wheel yourself. Should you decide to proceed, you will need detailed instructions on how to remove each assembly use new gaskets, and finally have the wheel changed out for a replacement.

Most people that use these will attempt a patch fix until they are more than ready for a brand new tire. Many shops may attempt to patch these without taking the entire wheel off, however, it is never recommended.

Sf20af (sa) kymco scoter how to change the engine oil

the sump plug will be on the bottom of the engine but theseold Honda copy (GY) engines don't use an oil filter they have a wire mesh gauze screen that sits on top of the sump plug bolt so make sure this comes out with the sump plug and is free from any dirt/debris. so drain oil clean the gauze screen then refit and refill your oil. check your oil level if its low or black and burnt this could be your over heating problem but I would also check to make sure the auto choke isn't sticking on. Best of luck hope this is of some help

Remove rear wheel

You need an air ratchet gun to remove the wheel's bolt but alternatively you can use your rear brake to hold the wheel still and use a plain ratchet. After you have loosen the wheel's bolt, remove the exhaust and the rear brake caliper and the wheel is out.

HOW TO GET THE BACK WHEEL OFF CANT GET REAR SUSPENSION TO LIFT BACK TO ENABLE WHEEL TO SLOT OFF DONT NO HOW TO GET NUTS UNDER SEAT AND FRAME TO COME OFF IS THE FRAME BOLTED OR CLIPPED ON

Please check your owner's manual. (Seems like the rear springs are bolted together to the rear tire. In that case, you will have to remove the axle bolts and knock it out with a rubber mallet).
