2007 Yamaha Road Star Midnight Silverado headlights, tail lights, and speedometer lights are not working. Is there a fuse and where is it at?

The cover under the sear has one allen bolt. on the left side take off that cover and there is a fuse box with blade fuses in them thats the only place to check fuses if fuses aren't a problem check the connections in the wiring harness and make sure there not loose.

We have a yahama 2005 road star silverado and everytime it rains the head lights blow the fuse we have had it in the shop and they can't find the proublem

STAB IN THE DARK HERE , BUT I WOULD BE LOOKING TO SEE IF THERE IS WATER INGRESS TO THE LIGHT SWITCH, THIS WOULD CREATE A SHORT AND TAKE THE FUSE OUT. SIMILARLY CHECK THE HEADLIGHT IS NOT LETTING WATER IN ONTO THE BULB CONTACTS.
