You can go to the Kawasaki shop and take the VIN number on the title and they will make you a new key. This is the easiest and cheapest thing that you can do.

I did not know that you had a immobilizer. That changes things a little. Getting the keys made is going to be expensive. Is the immobilizer a factory part? Or is it aftermarket? Where did you have it put on at? Did it come with the bike? If you bought it aftermarket, then do you know what brand it is?

Hi,

I doubt tonight usually you have to take the ignition off and take it to a lock smith. Your not gonna have any luck at wal mart or autozone. They are bolted in from the bottom for security and usually are tamperproof. So yea it's a pain. Go to bikebandits.com and you can look at the parts break down that might help.
There is no other solution that would work. I wish i could have a better solution, however i do not want you to spend money on ways that is not possible on your bike.

I know dealer would charge $85 per hour as labor, however that is the preferred option unless the locksmith option is the next and last resort.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Check for foreign items in the air intake. Leaves, label off air filter, old registration....if it sounds like paper, it's probably something in there affecting airflow

As long as you get a muffler that is comparable to a stock muffler then it will have no effect on the performance. Most aftermarket companies make stock mufflers that would fit your bike though it would likely be cheaper to just replace them with stock kawasaki pipes.
As to replacing them, using an impact wrench will make removal easier and be sure to use a new clamp even if the old one looks good
