Look for a cut in the wires to the head light they may by rubbing on the frame

There are relays for the head lights,but see if the bright lights work also,the bulbs maybe blown,not uncommon for both to blow,then there is the headlight switch,if the brights do not work,it is most likely the headlight switch giving the problem.

there has to be a short in parking lights, check all wires to parking lights, maybe a hot wire is touching metal. because if fuse keeps blowing, that is the sign of a short! HOPE THIS HELPS!
