I have a k800i while scrolling through my photos froze up I removed the battery to un freze plugged in the battery and the screen flashed continuously white but now wont switch on or do any thing a dead phone any ideas please

Try turning camera off, then remove batteries and leave for five to ten minutes. Replace batteries, try again.

Possible to rectify with Wotan Server to repair the EROM which is checked before firmware is flashed. You will have to buy credits and a data cable. Follow instructions pressing key 2 and 5 together. You may as well update the firmware after this process. Google around you will find this is an issue

White Screen Of Death. Quite common on Sony Ericsson phones. My K800i does it every time its battery shuts off while it's on (so I try to make sure it doesn't). You need to (google terms) reflash sony ericsson phone Maybe also first backup GDFS The photos, except those on the memory card, and other stuff will be lost, I'm afraid. But good news is that your contact list can likely be saved by backing up the GDFS.

try a new battery and if that does not correct it then take the phone and have it tested

first instinct u cooked sumthing

second try unpluging and removing both batterys ur nicad and the internal lithium 1
this shuld force bios 2 reset

if u cannot locate the internal battery un plug power and batt
w8 aprox 3days the internal clock will drain it 4 u

Well the screen most probably froze because it was overworking itself. i dont really understand though you cant turn it on?
