Help: 1994 Toyota land Cruiser: left turn signal works but when I turn the right turn signal on it blows the 7.5 amp fuse disabling the turn signals.

Jason you are going to have to go to the right hand indicator bulb and note what color wires are used on it. Then you are going to need to examine the wiring loom to see if that wire is shorting with the body of the car from back of the vehicle to fuse panel and from front to fuse panel. Also look at relay and check wiring is not exposed to the body of the car or another wire .

Fusefor indicators 2008 captiva

Your problem is not a fuse if just the right front isn't working , same for all indicators .
Turn Signal Lamps
The TURN fuse in the fuse block - I/P provides ignition positive voltage to the turn signal relay. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the turn signal relay output to the turn signal switch assembly. The turn signal relay sends an ON-OFF voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator through the turn signal switch.

an it's not a bad relay , if there is no B+ voltage at the lamp you have an open circuit . You would need a wiring diagram to test circuit from turn lamp back to source voltage to find open . free wiring diagrams at www.bbbind.com . video on youtube testing voltage drop Mastering Voltage Drop Testing with Pete Meier and Jerry Truglia

I'm needing the wiring diagram for my 2007 Chevrolet Impala LT 3.5 tail lights.

Go to http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams ! You having tail light problems ? Do you know how they work ?

They are turned on by the BCM !
Park, Tail, Marker and License Lamps
The park, tail, license, and marker lamps are turned ON when the headlamp switch is placed in either the HEAD or PARK lamp positions, or anytime the automatic light control (ALC) turns the headlamps ON. When the headlamp switch is placed in the park lamp or headlamp positions, ground from G202 is applied through the signal circuit to the BCM indicating the park lamp request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies ground through the park lamp relay control circuit energizing the PARK LP PCB Relay. With the relay energized, battery voltage is applied through the switch side of the relay, both park lamp fuses, and the supply voltage circuits illuminating the park, tail marker, and license lamps. Ground for the left front park and marker lamps is provided at G101 and the right front park and marker lamps at G100. Ground for all rear lamps is provided at G302.
Turn Signal Lamps
The LT T/SIG and RT T/SIG fuses located in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the body control module (BCM) for turn signal and hazard lamp operation. When the turn signal switch is place in either the LEFT or RIGHT position, ground from G202 is applied through the turn signal switch signal circuit to the BCM indicating the turn signal request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies a pulsating voltage to the front and rear turn signal lamps supply voltage circuits cycling the lamps ON and OFF. The BCM also sends a message via GMLAN to the instrument panel cluster (IPC) to cycle the turn signal indicator ON and OFF depending on the position of the turn signal switch.
Ground for the turn signal lamps is supplied as follows:
?€¢
G101 provides ground for the left front turn signal lamp

?€¢
G100 provides ground for the right front turn signal lamp

?€¢
G302 provides ground for the left and right rear turn signal lamps

Turn signal wire colors right and left

The circuit breaks the ground to work. Both wires go to both signals, the black have two different connections to get back to the signal relay 9different paths). Take your old wires and follow back to see how the were run before.

99 park avenue turn right side turn signals inop does it have a relay and were is it located

If the left side still works, its not the blinker relay, the thing you hear ticking. Both left and right signals go through the same signal stat. Turn on your hazard flashers and make sure the bulbs on both the left and right side come on. If the do, you may have a problem with the turn signal switch on the steering column itself. If only the left comes on, it could be bad bulbs on the right side or a wiring issue. Wiring issues are more rare on Park Aves.

Need wire diagram for the turn signal switch.

your wires are crossed/shorting somewhere, probably in the headlight. remove the light to get to all the wires. you should be able to see which colors go to which side, also look at the wires coming from the turn signals both front and rear lefts will be same color and the rights will be another color. you should be able to tell by looking inside the switch which side is which color and which one is the feed to the switch
