Is there an online place to buy a back tire rim for 26 iinch Meridian trike-No luck at bike shops

try another bike shop, sounds like they don't want to deal with it. "riding on the rim" generally shouldn't affect the hub and bearings, at most the rim can be relaced. Although to have a competent wheel builder do this may end up costing more than replacing the wheel. A good mechanic should be able to use a regular 26" wheel and replace the axle with your canti-lever axle to get it to fit on the trike (I say that without looking at it, so I'm just making an assumption here).

Do I need to buy an expensive exercise bike?

It'sa really good question as there are exercise bikes out there that cost around$500 but you can also buy for much cheaper. I think it's a really good idea toread the reviews of the cheaper bikes. You may find they are better than you think. Here's a link to a good article about consumer feedback forexercise bikes http://www.consumersearch.com/exercise-bike-reviews/review

My bike as some problem with EFI... can i turn my engine using computer

If you purchase the adapter plugs and software from the motorcycle manufacturer. It will probably cost more to purchase the equipment than to purchase another bike!

Denali GMC 700C Women's road bike wrong tires!!!

Can you explain why you think the tires are too big? Do they NOT fit the rims? What condition was this bike in when you bought it? If the brake pads line up with the rims then the wheels are correctly sized for the frame.

I have a 2000 solf tail an after the bike gets warm up, turn signs go out. After it cools down they work again.

The turn signals are controlled by a "turn signal controller" that is located just under the dash on your bike. If heat is the problem, you may have to purchase a new unit.

To test, see if you can get the cover off that covers the split in your tanks just below the dash. You should be able to see the unit with that removed. If so, buy a small can of electronic component cooler at at Radio Shack or somewhere. Ride the bike until the turn signals quit. Give the controller a quick shot of the component cooler. If the signals immediately start back working, this is indeed your problem. You can either try to figure a way to keep the unit cooler or replace the unit. Cost is about $150 last time I purchased one. Good Luck.

Howdy - I am interested in buying a 2000 FLHRCI R.K.C.-. This Bike has NOT been started in 7-8 years. If I purchase it, I am going to send it to a Harley Dealer for New Tires, Tune UP, Fuel Tank & fuel...

If the bike hasn't been started in that long, you may want to talk to the dealer first about the fuel injection system. Since I don't work on fuel injected engines, if I got a bike in that had been sitting for that long I'd have two concerns, the condition of the fuel delivery mechanism (carburetor in my case) and the fuel tank and fuel pump. Injected engines have a fuel pump as well.

In conjunction with all the other stuff you're talking about having done, this is going to cost a wad of money. I'm guessing a $1000 for the tires and the final drive belt in this area. If you have to start replacing throttle bodies, that could get expensive. Unless you're getting a steal on the bike, you go upside down in this deal. Talk to the Harley dealer first.

Bike pedal is striped , get a new one or buy new bike?

it depends on the bike. if it's a "cheap-o" bike;
if it's one for little kids that costs under $50 - $70 or so then yeah, just get a new one.
if it's a nice bike that cost you a bit more, i'd get it repaired at a bike shop or a sporting goods store.

Hope this helps!

1995 Yamaha Virago 250 needs ignitor unit

Motorcycle dealers do not stock parts for bikes more than 10 years old. "Parts Dealers" buy the old parts from the motorcycle dealers and manufacturers and make them available online. Babbitt's is a very good source and can ship the part(s) to you. Babbitt's has an ignitor in stock.

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx
Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer? < And it doesn’t cost anything extra!
