I have a code P0013, What is that? How did it happen? and how can I fix it?

The P0013 code is the cam shaft position sensor, The other code is related to brakes. The engine in your car is not the type to have CVVT on the cam so it is likely that the sensor may be bad or the wiring to it is damaged or corroded.

What would case my guages on my 2009 chevy cobalt dash board to stop working and at the same time the power steering go out?? It comes back almost instantly 2-5 seconds but i was just wondering

Did you get your recalled ignition switch changed out at your Chevy dealer? Please cal them and check to see if it was done last year. If not, get it done (it's free) and have them give you the print-out of any fault codes they find. Get back with us.

Have a 2009 chevy cobalt. the left turn tail light even though not fused will not blink, and the left indicator light flickers too fast. the right though is working perfectly

Buy a two pack of turn signal bulbs. Change the front and rear left bulbs and try it out. If you're lucky, you're done and got away cheap. If not, start chasing electrons. Not an overly complicated circuit, the signal is quick flashing because you have an inoperative lamp.

I replaced my camshaft position sensor in my 2009 chevy cobalt..how do I fix the timing? It's still off.

for starters you should have set your number one piston at top dead center (TDC) before you just changed the sensor, All it need is to be one or two teeth out on the timing chain to run rough, here is a link to a guide on how to solve this problem , I hope it helps:
