My friend here you will find the Service manual for the Keeway outlook 125 cc which is basically the same as the 150 cc in pdf.

I hope this answers your question.
SOURCE: Where is the VIN on my keeway hurricane?
if you look down from the handle bars to where your feet go you will see a little rectangle on the plastic, if you pop this off the VIN is underneath
SOURCE: were I can download keeway
this a the keeway website
http://www.keeway.me/models/superlight125/index.php
although recently the manual wont open i think it may be under maintance/update. but it is always worth going back to the website now then just to check.
best of luck.
SOURCE: really hard to start
When I bought my Keeway it was supposed to have an alarm and remote start. The dealer said they remove that system from all Keeways they sell because it drains the battery. If yours has remote start,, that may be the problem. I have two Keeways and it seems that if they aren't started and run every day, they will be hard to start. The dealer also told me that these scooters will be difficult to start if they are allowed to sit for any length of time.
SOURCE: what is the correct tyre
Look at the
sidewall of both tires. There will be a 'MAX PSI' embossed on the tire. It will
probably say Max 45 PSI. At 45psi the bike will ride like a rock. At 15psi it
will ride really squirrely. Find a psi at which you feel the bike
handles well and rides well. One rider may weigh 125 pounds and the next rider
may weigh 300 pounds. The best psi for each rider will be different due to
weight. Chances are that 30 to 35 psi will do the trick. Please take a moment to rate
my answer. Thanks.
