300 bayou starter won't turn over ,lights work, run fine before i parked it

I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer... rest is up to u.. U can also get free manual works fine .

The larger idler gear ring was spinning but not spinning the entire gear. I couldn't figure ... Starter Idle Gear Limiter Kawasaki Bayou 220 250 39076 1060 ' eBay ... kawasaki bayou 300 starter will not engage.

Faulty starter solenoid or relay possibly

Had a similar problem, I rebuilt the carb and fixed any gaps/cracks in the intake boots and carb-engine gasket. runs ok now

Be sure the AIR BAG/VATS fuse 10 amp, is good. there is a STARTER ENABLE RELAY up high on the left of the steering column. I ASSUME the anti theft light is not flashing?" at the STARTER ENABLE RELAY the YELLOW wire is hot in the crank mode and comes out large PURPLE to the starter. the small purple wire is hot in the crank mode if the fuse (air bag/vats) is good. the small yellow is grounded through the park switch and the VATS module (anti theft)

I had a similar problem. pull start worked no problem, and starter only sometimes. turns out the starting system as a whole (starter, old wires, solenoid etc) were drawing so much power that it wasn't allowing much for power for the coil and spark. it was too weak

have the voltage regulator checked for the proper output

try to charge your battery then check to make sure the charging system
